We do our best to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout based on the items in your order and your delivery address.
Standard Shipping
Most orders are shipped through USPS.
Orders containing qualifying merchandise of $39 or more receive Free Standard Shipping.
Some products have special shipping requirements and are excluded from the $39 Free Shipping minimum. These items will be clearly noted on the product page.
Special Handling Items
Certain products, including Custom Honey Favors, require special handling due to their size, weight, packaging, or the way they are prepared for shipment.
Orders containing one or more Special Handling items include a flat $5 Special Handling charge per order.
This charge is added only once, even if your order contains multiple quantities or more than one Special Handling item.
Special Handling items do not count toward the $39 merchandise total required for Free Standard Shipping.
If the rest of your qualifying merchandise reaches $39, Free Standard Shipping will still apply to those items, and only the $5 Special Handling charge will remain.
For example, if your order contains $40 in qualifying products along with Custom Honey Favors, your Standard Shipping will be free and the order will include the $5 Special Handling charge.
Free Monday Local Delivery
Free Monday Local Delivery is available for qualifying addresses within our local delivery area.
When Free Monday Local Delivery is selected, the $5 Special Handling charge is waived.
Availability will appear automatically at checkout when your shipping address is within our delivery area.
Custom Honey Favors
Custom Honey Favors require additional preparation time before they are ready to ship.
Please allow approximately 7 days for production, plus shipping time.
When placing your order, you will select a Needed By Date indicating when you would like to have your favors in hand. Ordering early is always welcome. Orders placed well in advance may be prepared and shipped closer to the requested date rather than immediately.
Shipping Times
Delivery times shown by the carrier are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
